Gilded digital printmaking art joined with woodblock printmaking, linoleum printmaking, and relief printmaking serve as the foundation for a series of illuminated books entitled, Culture and Art Defined.  Joining the centuries together from woodcut to digital truly brings the art method of cultural impressionism to its conceptual art core.  Here, twenty-first century techniques in digital media art are integrated with ancient forms of human publication – the illuminated manuscript.
